The personal data of our users are stored and processed by us in compliance with the relevant regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the “Act on Data Protection and Privacy in Telecommunications and Digital Services (TDDDG)” in the respective current versions. Personal data
Personal data is individual information about the personal or factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person (e.g. name, date of birth and contact details).

Other data collection

Contact form
If you use our contact form to send us an inquiry, the information you provide and the contact details you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for any follow-up questions. The data will not be passed on without your consent.

The legal basis for the data processing of the data provided in the contact form is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), which you have given by ticking the box in the contact form. You can revoke this consent at any time without giving reasons to the above address or electronically (e.g. by e-mail). The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data provided in the contact form will be stored by us until you request its deletion, until receipt of your revocation or after the purpose of data storage no longer applies (e.g. after processing of the inquiry has been completed). This does not affect the statutory provisions, in particular the retention periods.

Disclosure of data
We use your personal data within Möhlenhoff GmbH and our affiliated companies. These companies and our external service providers who carry out data processing on our behalf are contractually obliged within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR to treat personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations. Insofar as these companies come into contact with your personal data, we have taken legal, technical and organizational measures and carried out regular checks to ensure that they comply with the provisions of data protection laws.

If you find links from other controllers on our website (e.g. Google Maps and to our social media presences on Linkedin, Xing and Instagram) and click on the link, you are using the website directly from the respective controller, so our data protection provisions do not apply to this website.

In principle, we do not transfer your personal data to a third country or to an international organization outside the European Economic Area (EEA). External content is integrated on our website via iFrame. The external content is the presentation of our applicant portal. The content of our applicant portal is integrated and technically provided on our behalf by a software service provider. The security and protection of your personal data is always guaranteed by suitable security measures and the conclusion of an order processing contract with our service provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR as part of the integration of external content.
